How To: Easiest Strawberry Smoothie

I love smoothie because they taste so rich and yummy! Strawberries are one of my favorites, along with bananas and other flavors. They are a good source of antioxidants and help you lose weight if you are on a diet. I’m going to start getting into the habit of drinking smoothies for breakfast because it’s also a good source of energy verses coffee or energy drinks 🙂
